On Tuesday, Jan. 7th, the Cabrini bowling team traveled to Belmar Lanes for Catholic League matches. The Monarchs boys rolled over Ann Arbor Fr. Gabriel Richard 28-2, to improve to 4-0 on the year. The Monarchs were led by Junior Matthew Heath, with 178, and Freshmen Nathan Radke 180 and David Kowalski 173 and 169. The girls team improved to 3-1 by defeating Chesterfield Township Austin Catholic 20-10. The Monarchs were paced by Freshman Jordan Downham with score of 148 and 146. Freshman Lillian Barcenas rolled her first triple digit game with an even 100. Coach Josh jablonski said, " I'm very happy with the progress we've made as a team. The girls team is really stepping up. Provided we stay healthy, this is a good group of athletes who could make some waves in the league this year."

Cabrini's next match is Monday, Jan.13th, in Ann Arbor, hosted by Fr. Gabriel Richard. Go Monarchs!
