This was a tough match. Our team had class and grace in this match and we were very proud of them, willing to step up and accept changes in positions due to some injuries. We ended up forfeiting our number #1 singles match. Cabrini's two points were won by Bridget Villarreal winning her number #2 singles position decidedly. She played great. The second point was won by the feisty freshman #4 doubles team of Izzy Wolney and Faith Hall. They beat Gabriel Richard. The #1 doubles for this match was a new pairing of Maria Cyr and Gabby Martin, and to their credit, they played very hard. Erin Renaud out due to an injury. Teagan Lechnar and Lauren Baird played well for #3 doubles. Shayla Ngiyer played #3 singles and Savahanna Manungas played #4 singes in these positions and played hard as well.
