It was a foggy, damp start to MHSAA Regionals at Fountains G.C., in Clarkston, on Wednesday but the weather was just right for the Cabrini golf team. The team advanced to the State Finals in Grand Rapids by carding a team score of 363, finishing third behind Everest Collegiate and Liggett. Lead by Junior Brady Carter’s 87 and scores of 88 and 90 by Austin Molina and Lucas Metropoulos respectively, the team finished at three over bogey golf and locked down a spot at States. They will travel to Grand Rapids for the two day 36 hole state finals next weekend. GO Monarchs!
