On Friday, Jan. 24th, the Boys JV basketball traveled to Allen Park Inner-City Baptist for an afternoon contest. In a fairly high scoring affair, the Monarchs came out on the short end of a 64-62 score. Freshman Owen Tomsic led the team in scoring poring in 21 points. Sophomore Kamren Shoemaker came up big with 16 points and Freshman Brayden McKay added 8 points to go with some very stout defense.
The boys next game is Tuesday, Jan. 28th, when they travel to Flint to take on Powers Catholic.
