On Thursday, Jan.9th, the Cabrini boys JV basketball team travelled to Dearborn Heights to face Star International. The Monarchs came away with a 29-21 victory in a defensive struggle. Freshmen Owen Tomsic with 13 points and Jack Delaney with 7 points led the Monarchs. That's two wins in a row for the Monarchs. Coach Joe Osmulski said, "I was very pleased with the defensive pressure we were able to apply and sustain."
Cabrini will travel to Grosse Pointe on Tuesday, Jan. 14th, to face University Liggett. The JV game starts at 4:00 and the varsity game will begin at 5:30. Go Monarchs!
