On Monday, January 25th, the Cabrini Girls bowling team kicked off their season with a trip to Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard. Despite all the uncertainty facing winter sports, the girls came up big with a 19-11 victory. The Monarchs were led by Sophomore Jordan Downham who rolled games of 156 and 178. Junior Isabella Cafini was the second leading bowler with a score of 144. Coach Josh Jablonski was very pleased with the effort by all the girls, and is hoping for a repeat of last year' 's success when the Monarchs battled for the Catholic League title.
The Cabrini's boys and girls teams will be traveling to Chesterfield Township Austin Catholic on Wednesday, Feb. 3rd for their next Catholic league match. Go Monarchs!
