Monarchs Varsity Boys Soccer Earned a Well Deserved Win Over Canton Prep
On Thursday the Cabrini boys traveled to Canton Prep an earned a tough 3-2 win. Senior Declan Maloney had two goals and freshman Tony Russo scored his first high school goal. Junior goalie Ben Beaudoin matched his performance from Tuesday, when the Monarchs played to a 2-2 tie with Southgate Anderson. Coach Karaouni has a young team with some players having had only minimal practice time before being put into game action. This should bode well for the future of the program.
The Monarchs start their league schedule on the road next Tuesday at Ann Arbor Fr. Gabriel Richard at 5:30. Go Monarchs!
